The 2026 Inland Foods x Prime Wine & Spirits Trade Show
Last month, Inland Foods and Prime Wine & Spirits transformed The Foundry at Puritan Mill on Atlanta's Westside into exactly what this industry is supposed to be about: great food, great people, and conversations that spark new ideas.
This year’s Wine, Spirits & Specialty Foods Trade Show brought together chefs, restaurant teams, retailers, beverage professionals, producers, and partners from across the Southeast for a high-energy afternoon of tasting, networking, and menu inspiration. From the moment doors opened, the room was packed with people discovering new products, reconnecting with industry friends, and exploring ideas for future menus and beverage programs.
What makes this show special isn’t just the number of vendors or attendees — it’s the interaction.
Throughout the afternoon, attendees had the opportunity to speak directly with the producers behind the products, ask questions, compare applications, and taste their way through the amazing products that make up the Inland Foods’ high-quality portfolio, alongside wines and spirits presented by the incredible team at Prime Wine & Spirits. Conversations that normally happen through emails and spec sheets suddenly became face-to-face discussions over samples, sourcing conversations, plating ideas, and collaborative problem solving.
The event also served as a reflection of how Inland Foods continues to evolve to meet the full scope of what today’s modern menus demand. While seafood remains at the core of who we are, the show highlighted just how much the company has grown into a true “more than seafood” distributor. Attendees were able to experience the full breadth of Inland Foods’ portfolio — from fresh and frozen seafood to dry-aged beef, lamb, veal, poultry, wild game, charcuterie, cheeses, oils, butters, truffles, specialty pantry ingredients, produce, and caviar — all alongside wines and spirits thoughtfully curated by Prime Wine & Spirits.
For many guests, the show acts as the unofficial kickoff to seasonal menu planning — an opportunity to discover new products, source inspiration, and build relationships that continue long after the event ends.
And for us, that’s really the entire point.
At Inland Foods, we’ve always believed foodservice is a relationship business. Bringing our customers and vendor partners together in the same room creates opportunities that simply don’t happen through a catalog or a sales call alone. The best moments of the day weren’t staged presentations or scheduled programming — they were the spontaneous conversations happening at booths, in aisles, and around tasting tables throughout the afternoon.
We’re incredibly grateful to every vendor, customer, chef, beverage partner, and team member who helped make this year’s event what it was. The energy in the room was undeniable, and seeing so many people excited about food, hospitality, and collaboration reminded us exactly why events like this matter.
And finally, a sincere thank you to our partners at Prime Wine & Spirits. Events like this don’t happen without an enormous amount of trust, collaboration, and hard work behind the scenes, and we’re incredibly grateful to have partners who share our vision for bringing the hospitality industry together in a meaningful way. From the earliest planning meetings to the final breakdown at the end of the night, our combined teams were able to create an event that truly celebrated the people, products, and relationships that make this industry so special.
We're already looking forward to next year! Stay tuned :)
